Yun Hsiang (Sandy) Wang (b.2000) is a Taiwanese interdisciplinary artist based between New York and Taiwan. She works across photography, video, installation, and performance. Wang’s practice navigates states of absence, intimacy, and embodiment, moving between multiple personas while blurring the boundaries between visibility and erasure, expression and concealment.
Wang received her BFA in Photography from Parsons School of Design and is currently pursuing her MFA in Creative Visual Art at Cornell University. Her work has been exhibited internationally, including in Taiwan , New York, and London. Wang is the recipient of a Gold Award from the MUSE Photography Awards and a Silver Award from the New York Photography Awards.
